Tomb of Sheikh Musa Fatehpur Sikri
The ruins of the small red sandstone tomb of Sheikh
Musa, the brother of Sheikh Salim Chisti marks the transition in Mughal
architecture. It has a square shape unlike the octagonal tombs of those
times. Its platform had four domed kiosks at four corners, out of which,
only one has survived. The broad deep archways on each face of the tomb
are not paneled like other tombs. There is a stone screen on its
northern side and its exteriors have ornamented panels made up of buff
sandstone. There are traces of the pinnacles on the roof and its
        interiors are filthy.
